    • last monday [04.02.07] ay finals namin sa math11 [college algebra] sobrang scan lang yung ginawa ko s module namin so kbdo tlga ko s exam. kailangan ko kse ng 75% para mamaintain ko yung 2.25 at 85% ptaas para mgawa kong 2 un gryd ko.pero feeling ko nung una eh bababa yung grade ko dhl d nga ko ngaral.

    exam na.40 items.mdli lng nmn.ngng confdent ako n mtaas ung mkukuha ko.actually, SUPER CONFIDENT.yung last item kse sa exam namin, gnito ang nklgay:

    40. I will pass this exam.
    A. Strongly disagree B. Disagree C. Agree D. Strongly Agree

    D yung sinagot ko. hahaha

    d naman ako nphiya.kinabukasan kse [tuesday - 04.03.07], pumunta kong skul pra ipasa yung mdugo namin research paper. tngnan ko nrn yung result ng finals namin.sobrang nkkgulat tlg yung result...

    97.5% yung nkuha ko.39 out of 40 tma ko.2 n yung grade ko.

    sobrang galing lng tlga. [super thanks to papa jesus] sobra2 kse yung bngay nya skin.pero yun.sbrang thankful tlg ako.

    • out of boredom [god!i can't do anything!], i decided to just list down the simple things i want to do this summer.=)

    1.go to divisoria. i've NEVER been there.smhn nyo ko.haha=)

    2.learn how to paint.

    3.read harry potter books again. i already forgot the characters [i'm lying =)], story, and other stuffs

    4.learn more about the computer/internet. i'm illeterate.somehow.haha=)

    5.have a mini business. [halo2 anyone?haha=)]

    6.complete my princess diaries collection. i only have books 1 to 5. ='(

    7.clean my room. my mom said she'll gve me money if i clean my room. hooray! [i don't think it still deserves to be called "room".oh well. =)]

    8.go out with friends. i barely spend time with you guys. aaaww.. ='(

    9.write. i haven't written any composition for the past . . . see?i can't even remember how many months have passed since i wrote. =/

    LASTLY...

    10.continue what i love doing:
        sleep
        watch tv
        and eat!

    as i walk in the room, i saw a lavender rose sitting on top of my desk.

    with it was a note saying "what i felt for you was love at first sight".

    i looked around hoping i'll see who left that rose for me.

    but what i only saw were my classmates and friends who happily chat with each other.

    the next day, i saw another rose on top of my desk.

    it was a yellow rose.

    with it was a note saying "i care".

    during lunch, my best guy bud surprised me with a bouquet of white roses.

    as he handed it to me, he said, "i just what you to know that what i feel for you is pure and true".

    we started going out and had happy times together.

    since then, i had been receiving red roses from him everyday.

    this was his way of telling me each day that he loves me.

    on our first month anniversary, he gave me a pink rose and a card.

    i started to cry when i read his message written on the card:
    "you, alone, gave me the perfect happiness. thank you for coming into my life".

    two weeks later, we had our usual "lunch date" at the ...

    yah.i'm uber pathetic.i can't do anything this summer.especially now that i'm still sick.oh.i hate colds. haha i'm dying because of boredom.well, it's my fault i'm a homebody. obviously i'm writing this because, just like what i've said, i can't do anything. i'm going nuts. whatever.

    After more than a month of keeping my comm blog in hiatus, I am reviving it again. I had so many attempts of blogging about the things we discussed in class, about new social media, but all attempts were thrown in the trash bin. I once made this statement a status in my Facebook account: “Writer’s block, you’re killing me.” I was trying to write my PI100 paper that time. Unfortunately, I didn’t get passed through one paragraph.

    A few minutes after, a high school classmate commented on my status. She said that she hates it when that (writer’s block) happens. But she was actually trying to figure out if it really is writer’s block or just a mere lack of talent in writing. Her comment got me thinking.

    I’m not supposed to be in the University of the Philippines Manila (UPM). And I’m not supposed to be taking up BA Organizational Communication (OrCom).

    The story

    UP has always been the ONLY school for me. I believe that having an older brother who attended high school in UP Integrated School (UPIS) and college in UP Diliman made me think that way. I only wanted to go to UP and take up Broadcast Communication or Journalism. For me, it’s UP or nothing.

    So, imagine my grief when I learned that I didn’t pass the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT). I cried for a couple of days and nights. I even thought of not going to college anymore! Pathetic, I know. But after a couple of weeks of mourning, I finally convinced myself that I won’t be going to UP and I’ll be having my tertiary education in another university.

    As what I have said, I’m not supposed to be in UP Manila, taking up OrCom. I’m supposed to be in the University of Sto. Tomas (UST), taking up Journalism.

    So what the hell am...

    OrCom produces the kings and queens (or princes and princesses if one will contest)of the corporate world. Think of the people who are working with big companies like Ogilvy, Meralco, Smart Communications, Leo Burnett, Unilab, Johnson’s and Johnson’s, etc. There are also OrCom graduates who build their own empires like Ms. Ingrid Cudia, who owns Sieg Web Solutions, an SEO firm.

    Actually, even before graduating, OrCom students get to show that they have what it takes to rule the [corporate] world. Think of the students (at least in my batch) who had their internship with companies like Unilever, Nestle Philippines, Chevron Philippines, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), etc.

    I was browsing through the pages of Inquirer when I saw an article about the “first online video channel in the Philippines.” The online video channel goes by the name Flippish.

    I kept that page of the newspaper so I can visit the website when I go online. (I tend to be forgetful a lot of times that’s why I needed to keep article.) So, when I turned my laptop on and got connected to our internet, I readily typed flippish.com on my web browser.
